Ama incondizionatamente poche cose:

A Bob Bryar piace stare solo.
Magari a fissare le gocce di pioggia infrangersi sul pavimento.
Ascoltando musica o leggendo fumetti.
Ma quella sera quei quattro ragazzini che ha di fronte lo hanno sconvolto.

-Ma fai la persona seria!- ribatte il piccolo Frankie –Bob, ti farò una proposta che non potrai rifiutare- continua in una blanda imitazione del Padrino, provocando le risate isteriche di Ray.

Tutti sanno che bisogna tenere a distanza Frank Iero quando finisce un concerto.
Quando si abbassano le luci e il piano comincia a suonare.
La voce calda e prepotente di Gerard invade tutta la platea.
Frank è fermo, seduto sul palco, abbracciandosi le gambe.
Sudato e stremato.
La canzone finisce ancor prima che possa dar sfogo al suo dolore.
Gerard gli passa accanto, stringendogli la mano.
E a lui basta.
