Titolo preso dall'omonima canzone di Bruce Dickinson, che ogni volta evoca in me scenari alquanto disparati.
La storia è incentrata sul rapporto tra Jorah e Daenerys dopo la Battaglia di Grande Inverno. Ovviamente, come intuibile, Jorah sopravviverà alle ferite, ma la ripresa sarà lenta. Daenerys dovrà fare i conti con i propri sentimenti.
Per quanto collegati tra loro, il passaggio tra un capitolo all'altro non sarà sempre fluente, ci saranno dei salti temporali e in ciascun capitolo varierà il punto di vista a seconda del personaggio. Anche la lunghezza dei capitoli varierà.
