Ero una di quelle ragazze che non credeva all'amore, al cuore che accellera, alle farfalle nello stomaco, al respiro che si blocca, all'agitazione, al tremore quando ascolti le loro voci, esatto, quelle voci che mi hanno stravolto la vita.
E poi? Poi, quel 26 Agosto 2010, ho premuto play. Ho ascoltato le loro voci in Gotta be you, sentivo il respiro mancare e il cuore accellerare, avevo qualcosa nello stomaco, come se volessi abbracciare quei ragazzi, quei cinque ragazzi.
Quando ho ascoltato Gotta be you sentivo queste cose, poi ho sentito You and I e le sensazioni erano le stesse, mi sembrava di essere ritornata a quasi tre anni fa, quando non sapevo che sarebbero diventati la cosa più importante della mia vita.
Non credevo all'amore, poi ho incontrato loro.

Ora vi parlerò della mia vita.
La mia vita nacque il 23 Luglio 2010, forse quel giorno sorridevo.
La mia vita era (ed è tutt'ora) composta da cinque ragazzi, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson e Liam Payne.

Prima riguardavo le loro audizioni di X-Factor e piangevo.
L'ultima che ho visto è stata quella di Niall, quando Katy gli ha detto: 'Non deluderci.' E lui: 'Non lo farò.'
No, non l'hai fatto, ora sei il sogno di così tante ragazze, compresa me, sei il motivo per cui vado avanti, sei tutto.
Vi sembrerà banale, ma io vivo per loro, li amo.
Per me loro sono ancora quei sedicenni in cima alle scale, saranno sempre i miei cinque ragazzini.
